Our commitment
This website is for everyone in our Village, including neighbors with disabilities and older residents who may use larger text, a screen reader, voice control, or a keyboard instead of a mouse. Jennifer Miller’s campaign is committed to making the site easy to use for all of them, and to fixing problems when you tell us about them.
Conformance standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard Colorado sets for state and local government websites under House Bill 21-1110. That law applies to public entities, not to political campaigns. We follow the same standard voluntarily, because our neighbors deserve the same access to campaign information that they have to city information.
Conformance status. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That means most of the site is designed to meet the standard, but some content, including the outside services listed below, may not fully meet it yet.
Measures we take
- Clear page structure with headings, landmarks, and labeled menus, so screen reader users can move around easily
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page
- Menus, links, buttons, and forms that work with a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are
- Text and background colors chosen for strong contrast
- Text descriptions for photographs, with decorative icons hidden from screen readers
- The page language identified so screen readers pronounce text correctly
- Text that grows with your browser’s zoom and text-size settings
- Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and computers
- Less motion for visitors whose devices ask for reduced motion
- Plain language, form fields with visible labels, and tables with captions and clear headings
We check new and updated pages against these practices, and we fix problems as we find them or as you report them.
Known limitations and third-party content
Some content comes from outside services we don’t control and may not fully meet the same standard:
- Google Forms, which we use for some resident feedback, such as the “Report a Dead Zone” cell coverage form
- Official websites run by Arapahoe County, the State of Colorado, and the City of Cherry Hills Village
- PDFs or other documents, if we share them
If any of these gives you trouble, contact us and we’ll get you the same information another way, by email, by phone, or in person.
Alternative formats and accommodations
We’re happy to provide campaign information in alternative formats, including:
- Large print
- Read aloud to you over the phone
- Plain-text email
If you need an accommodation to take part in a campaign event, such as a neighborhood coffee, please let us know as early as you can and we’ll do our best to help.
We aim to respond to requests within two business days.
Accessible voting resources
Every eligible voter deserves to vote privately and independently. Colorado offers accessible options for voters with disabilities, including accessible voting equipment at Voter Service and Polling Centers and an electronic ballot you can mark on your own device. For details on the November 3, 2026 election, contact the official election offices:
- Arapahoe Votes, the Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorder’s elections website
- GoVoteColorado.gov, to check or update your voter registration
- Colorado Secretary of State
These are independent official resources. The campaign doesn’t run elections, and linking to them doesn’t imply endorsement.
Feedback and contact
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or would like information in a different format, please let us know. It helps to include:
- The web address (URL) or name of the page
- What you were trying to do and what went wrong
- Your device and browser, and any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader or magnifier, if you’re comfortable sharing it
- How you’d like us to reply
You never need to use this website to get campaign information or ask for help. If the site isn’t working for you, call or email us and we’ll take your request that way.

If you’re not satisfied
If you aren’t satisfied with our response, contact us again and ask that your concern be reviewed by Jennifer directly.
Concerns about accessibility at a Voter Service and Polling Center, or about accessible voting, should go to the Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorder’s elections office, which runs the election.
